  1. Short:    Better editing features in string gadgets

  6. This utility patches the intuition SGHook-entry, resulting in better editing
  7. features within string gadgets. The following key sequences are new for these
  8. gadgets:

  11. ALT+Cursor keys:    Move to start of next/preceeding word
  12. ALT+Del:        Clear the gadget completely
  13. Shift+Del:        Clear the gadget completely
  14. ALT+Backspace:        Erase the word under the cursor
  15. Shift+Cursor keys:    Move cursor to start/end of the line
  16. Ctrl+Cursor keys:    Move cursor to start/end of the line
  17. Shift+ALT+Del:        Erase text behind the cursor
  18. Shift+ALT+BS:        Erase text before the cursor position
  19. Amiga-X:        Cut the contents of the gadget to the clipboard
  20. Amiga-C:        Copy the contents to the clipboard
  21. Amiga-V:        Insert the clipboard contents into the gadget
  22. Aniga-Q:        Undo-operation
  23. Commodore-key:        Turn off the extended editing features temporary
  24.  
  25. Thus, the string gadgets get the same editing features like the ViNCEd
  26. console.
